Terms of Service
Welcome to Festivalvaultvista. By browsing, utilizing, or submitting data to festivalvaultvista.boats (the "Site"), you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must immediately cease utilization of this portal.
1. Nature of the Curatorial Service
Festivalvaultvista operates as an editorial directory, educational archive, and cultural index cataloging Italian antique bottegas, Mid-Century design studios, historic open-air markets, and restoration guilds. Unless explicitly stated in a dedicated bilateral written agreement, Festivalvaultvista does not act as a direct retail seller, auctioneer, or legal guarantor of antique transactions conducted between users and third-party antiquarian merchants.
2. Intellectual Property & Curatorial Rights
All content displayed on this website—including proprietary text monographs, 3D WebGL geometries, visual stylesheets, card layouts, graphic vector branding, and catalog arrangements—is the exclusive intellectual property of Festivalvaultvista Antiquities & Design Heritage Ltd. and protected under Italian Copyright Law (Legge 22 aprile 1941 n. 633) and international WIPO conventions. Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, or commercial republication is strictly prohibited.
3. Accuracy of Listings & Bottega Provenance
While our editorial board conducts periodic on-site verifications of markets and bottegas across Milan, Florence, Rome, Venice, Tuscany, and Naples, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted business hours, current inventory stock, or specific attribution claims of individual commercial dealers. Prospective collectors are advised to exercise independent due diligence and request formal export certificates (Soprintendenza) for high-value historical pieces.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Italian and European law, Festivalvaultvista Antiquities & Design Heritage Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Reliance on market schedules, historical price guides, or fair dates published on the Site;
- Disputes, shipping delays, or authenticity grievances arising between collectors and independent antique dealers;
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, or browser rendering anomalies in the 3D WebGL canvas.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in:
- Deploying automated spiders, scrapers, or crawlers that bypass our robots.txt directives;
- Injecting malicious scripts, SQL payloads, or cross-site scripting vulnerabilities;
- Submitting fraudulent directory claims or misrepresenting Italian cultural heritage origins.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be construed, interpreted, and governed under the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any irreconcilable dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Milan (Tribunale di Milano), Italy.
